Prime House 位於萬泰利廣場11樓，坐落觀塘核心商貿區域的中心點。鄰近AIA/AXA TOWER 及 CITI TOWER, 三分鐘路程直達港鐵牛頭角站與多個巴士站，交通相當方便。

Prime House 場地結合現代奢華設計與創新的商業構思，場地總面積為5500呎，樓底高達14呎，適合舉辦各類型活動。場內設計以深藍及大理石元素為主，輔以雅緻的金屬線條裝飾，完美地融合了俐落的設計意念及不落俗套的華麗美學。

活動場地
Prime House 提供4,000呎租用空間，場內配有外國進口音響系統及投影儀，並專程聘用音響顧問團隊為場地聲效設計提供專業的優化方案。場內同時設有可裝卸講台及隔音活動式間隔，方便多名客人同時租用不同區域。全場燈光皆可以電腦程式隨意操控亮度與色溫，燈光顏色更可於1,600萬種色調間自由轉換或根據場內音樂閃動，以營造不同氣氛。

威士忌酒吧
佔地1,300呎的威士忌酒吧區為Prime House主要特色，並收藏了多種來自不同產地的威士忌，例如蘇格蘭、德國及日本等的單一及調和麥芽威士忌；同時，酒吧區會定期為公司及個人客戶舉辦威士忌相關活動，如威士忌品酒會、威士忌雞尾酒工作坊等。

活動管理及專業攝影設計工作室
Prime House 設有專業攝影師及影樓攝影設備，包括化妝間、2.7米及5.4米攝影背景紙及燈光組合等，適合不同主題的攝影或媒體拍攝工作。
