Co-Work Guyana is the first open environment working space in Guyana designed specifically to support local entrepreneurs, small businesses, and new market entries to the Guyana private sector.

Housed inside of 3-story Colonial architecture restored for purpose, the building consists of 8,000 sq. ft. of office space on a ½+ acre lot with interior and street parking.

In close proximity to shops, the main road, a market, and only 100m from Georgetown Cricket Club, Guyana National Zoo and the famed Botanical Gardens.

We pride ourselves on the security of the premises, which sit within a gated compound accompanied by a manned security booth, 24-hr video surveillance and secure-card only access before and after hours.

Facilities include an Indoor & Outdoor work areas, Video-conference room, High-speed WiFi, back-up power generation.

Customers of Co-Work Guyana have free access to Printers (B&W and color), scanners, copiers, whiteboards, etc.

The layout of Co-Work Guyana is divided via an ergonomically designed floorplan:

Ground Floor:
Modern, open-plan, flexible workspace with open seating and dedicated desks
1st Floor:
Two large dedicated offices, for up to 10 persons each. Outdoor veranda flex work area.
2nd Floor:
Dedicated offices for individuals or small teams; additional flex space and Boardroom w/videoconferencing
