OFFICE EQUIPMENT An open, shared meeting room for up to 10 participants with a flip chart and a speaker's desk is available to renters (a television is planned for presentations). For each room or tenant there is own Wi-Fi and, if desired, a guest WLAN and in some rooms there is also the possibility of a LAN connection. Other services could be used, such as: printing, faxing, scanning or connection of telephone connections via VoIP / SIP. It is also possible to rent IT equipment and operate some of their own devices. When setting up and commissioning, technical support can be requested. Most rooms contain whiteboard / s and have hanging blinds Desks with office chairs in comfort or premium in leather possible on request. Central Internet access with a bandwidth of 50 Mbps (upgradeable) is available to all tenants. BÜROLAGE Right in the middle of it all! It's not even more central in Neuss! Simply work and go out on request and there is everything that can make a break from work great: a small snack, fine Italians, burgers, Asian, cheap but good canteen, a coffee house, cafes, shopping, or infrastructure from offices to Banks, as well as an excellent connection to public transport by itself. Zu jedem Raum bzw. Mieter gibt es eigenen WLAN und nach Wunsch einen Gäste-WLAN und in manchen Räumen besteht die Möglichkeit auch einer LAN-Anbindung. Es könnten ggf. weitere Services genutzt werden wie z.B.: drucken, faxen, scannen oder Anbindung von Telefonanschlüssen über VoIP/SIP. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit IT-Geräte zu mieten und teilweise eigene Geräte zu betreiben. Bei der Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme kann fachliche Unterstützung angefordert werden.

Einfach arbeiten und bei Wunsch rausgehen und es steht Alles zur Verfügung, was eine Arbeitspause großartig machen kann: von kleinem Snack, über feinen Italiener, Burger, Asiate, günstiger aber guter Kantine, einem Kaffeehaus, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, oder auch Infrastruktur von Ämtern bis Banken, ebenso versteht sich eine ausgezeichnete Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln von selbst.
