We are the DACHWERK!
As one of the oldest workspaces in Munich we celebrate our 20th anniversary this year.

Located in the heart of the popular Glockenbachviertel, the workspace fills the entire top floor of a former motorcycle manufactory. This space is unique: open ceilings, old wooden beams, black asphalt floor and huge chalk boards are one of a kind in Munich.

What else sets us apart? – The 334 sq. m. space with room for up to 30 people might be rather small, but is there for more intimate.

Our small Dachwerk team personally takes care of the constant improvement and maintenance of the space and tries to fulfill the members' wishes as much as possible.
Many members have been part of our community for several years. We know each other and enjoy the quiet and cozy working atmosphere and the possibility to interact.

The majority works in the creative and consulting sector, but we are welcoming everyone who wants to join our small and colorful community.

We offer 12 offices and 8 individual desks in an open space setting.
Each member can use our larg meeting room with screen, flip chart e.g. and a full stocked kitchen with a water sparkler and a fully automated coffee machine. Fast Wifi and a multifunction printer are also available. Take a break and enjoy the sun on our small balcony, play ping-pong or kicker with other members from our community.

Another highlight is the 110 sqm event area, which can be booked separately. Sometimes the room is used for community lunches and after work events.

Wir sind das DACHWERK!
Als einer der ältesten workspaces in München feiern wir dieses Jahr 20-jähriges Jubiläum.
Ihr findet uns im Herzen des beliebten Glockenbachviertels, im Dachgeschoss einer
ehemaligen Motorradwerkstatt. Unser Space ist einzigartig: hohe Räume, ein offenes Dachwerk, schwarzer Industrieboden und Kreidetafeln sind eine Seltenheit in München.

Was zeichnet uns noch aus? – Mit bis zu 30 Mietern auf 334 qm sind wir zwar recht klein, aber dafür umso familiärer. Unser kleines Dachwerk Team kümmert sich persönlich um die konstante Verbesserung und Instandhaltung der Räumlichkeiten und versucht die Wünsche der Mieter soweit möglich zu erfüllen.

Viele Mieter sind langjähriger Teil unserer Gemeinschaft. Man kennt sich und genießt die ruhige und gemütliche Arbeitsatmosphäre, die Raum zum Austausch gibt.
Sie kommen überwiegend aus dem kreativen und beratenden Tätigkeitsfeld. Wir freuen uns über jeden, der unserer kleinen bunten Gemeinschaft noch vielfältiger macht.

Insgesamt haben wir 12 Büroräume und 8 Großraumplätze. Zum Dachwerk gehören auch ein großer Besprechungsraum mit Monitor, Flipchart etc. und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wassersprudler und Kaffeevollautomat. Schnelles Wlan und ein Multifunktionsdrucker gibt es natürlich auch. Ein kleiner sonniger Balkon, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Kicker laden zur kreativen Pausengestaltung ein.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist der 110 qm große Eventraum, der separat buchbar ist. Manchmal finden dort gemeinsame Mittagessen oder After-Work-Events statt.
