In the centre of Munich with lots of restaurants in the area, but comparatively cheap. Plus Joao is a really lovely person and he will cook for you every Friday at the Community Lunch!

just the perfect place to get work done in a super nice community with an awesome vibe! there are plenty of people around who like to share experiences & knowhow, as well as help each other. if its within an organized event by the co-working space itself (like super yummy and freshly prepared Friday Community Lunch) or just happening within the community day by day - its the perfect spot for entrepreneurs right in the heart of Munich. English Garden just being 5min from the space is just one of all the other benefits :)

BASE in an amazing space to work in! The manager of the space cooks an incredible community lunch every week that’s a great chance to connect - the space is super incredible to work in, and the number of people and community is just right. I moved from NYC to Munich and visited over 10 different co-working spaces in Munich, speaking with the people and comparing and this one was hands down the best, especially if you are an individual or a small group.

Especially during the weekly community lunch you are able to meet entrepreneurial minded people from different backgrounds like founders, business angels and vc investors or ambitious members of the munich startup ecosystem.

Thanks to Jo and the whole team you feel very cared for at any time and there is always time for help / support! Within the beehive of many different people, teams and companies, you feel very comfortable here, also because of the very pleasant atmosphere. Especially to mention is the great lunch every Friday - freshly cooked by Jo himself. Great!

I recently moved to Munich from New York City and spent a lot of time researching different co-working spaces, as I was completely new to Germany and wanted somewhere where I could work productively, while also having a strong community where I would not feel isolated. I visited over 10 co-working spaces in Munich, including larger and more expensive ones - and after seeing BASE chose it very easily over the other spaces! The size of BASE was just right - small enough that it feels like a community, but large enough that you meet a lot of interesting people working on different ventures and projects. Unlike the larger co-working spaces, which often only have one small corner for co-working and are much more focused on other aspects, BASE does a great job of ensuring everyone has a fantastic experience. The manager of the space is extremely helpful and friendly, and he even cooks a delicious meal every Friday for community lunch, which is also a great chance to meet everyone! I found that it was a very productive place to work, as the spaces were well-lit and quiet, with phone booths for calls and different areas to sit in, and I was also able to zone in and focus in on my work when needed. The location overall is also great because there are so many food and coffee options in the area, and it is extremely accessible by public transportation. Everyone at the space was so friendly, and I could not have been happier at BASE! One final note that might be relevant is that BASE is also incredible for its price - the best I found in Munich - but that I chose BASE even with cost being a non-factor for me (since my company was covering it - I could have easily also chosen the more expensive spaces).

There are co-working spaces, which are really hip designed. Decisive are the teams. Here is a well-mixed working atmosphere: lively and at the same time relaxed. There is an open exchange with interesting teams and a weekly community lunch. I like to work here.
