Klinge22 is Leipzig's one multidisciplinary and creative coworking space for the cultural and creative industries with workspaces, studios and storage in an urban scene location directly at the Bürgerbahnhof Plagwitz. Cozy, unconventional with industrial and retro charm, just like the flair of the neighborhood.

Workspaces cost between 110€ to 220€ per month depending on usage, equipment and attractiveness of the individual rooms. Half plan coworking with only 2-3 working days per week is also possible for only 110€ per month. There are "quiet" rooms where it is quiet as well as a "noisy" room where phone calls are allowed. Are you constantly on the phone or in online meetings and don't always like to retreat to a meeting room? Let's create!
Quietness and a relaxed working atmosphere are made possible by small rooms with 3-8 workstations, corners for phone calls, chillout spaces, courtyard and garden far away from street noise. Shared spaces such as meeting and creative rooms, lounge, courtyard [&] garden and also the flex desk area and seminar room give flexibility and freedom, because not every month is the same and sometimes a certain project requires more.
On site in the commercial courtyard of Klingenstrasse 22 there is a delicious lunch canteen, the beer garden of the Plagwitzer Brewery, a yoga and dance studio and other local producers and small businesses.

Es gibt sowohl "stille" Räume, in denen es ruhig ist, als auch einen "lauten" Raum, in dem telefoniert werden darf. Bist Du ständig am Telefon oder in Online Meetings und magst Dich nicht immer in einen Meetingraum zurückziehen? Schaffen wir!
Ruhe und eine entspannte Arbeitsatmosphäre werden ermöglicht durch kleine Räume mit 3-8 Arbeitsplätzen, Ecken zum Telefonieren, Chillout Spaces, Hof und Garten weit weg vom Strassenlärm. Gemeinschaftlich genutzte Flächen wie Meeting- und Kreativräume, Lounge, Hof [&] Garten und auch der Flex Desk Bereich und Seminarraum geben Flexibilität und Freiraum, denn nicht jeder Monat ist der Gleiche und manchmal verlangt ein bestimmtes Projekt nach mehr.
Vor Ort im Gewerbehof der Klingenstrasse 22 gibt es eine leckere Mittagskantine, den Biergarten der Plagwitzer Brauerei, ein Yoga und Tanz Studio und andere lokale Produzenten und Kleingewerbe.
