Translated to "fat courts", Fette Höfe is a thriving community of animators for graphic, interior and motion designers, web designers and programmers, architects, copywriters, consultants and other creative souls.

Sitting in the throbbing heart of Ottensens, it is easy to access via the Altona Train Station (a mere 3-minute walk away) if you don't have your own 2 or 4 wheels to get you there. For those that like to pedal a push bike to work there are plenty of bicycle racks in front of the building. Founded in 2013 it is an interdisciplinary design office. The aim is to create a modern and individual workspace for freelancers to cultivate an active network of experts. They are looking for innovative and clever bodies in the fields of digital media, motion graphic design, architecture, text, consulting, graphic design and other creative professions.

If accepted into this hallowed hall where there are 12 individual workspaces, you will have a desk, thankfully a chair for your rear end, a shelf area to stash your goodies on and LAN or W-LAN to hook in to. You will have interesting eclectic cohorts to play with and a large, closed meeting room can be arranged for you if you need access to one.

If you like to munch whilst working, there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave to satisfy your hunger pangs.
