Good place in general but has very serious cons : Chairs are in a very bad condition most of them are broken. Some tables also need maintenance. Shared space can be a bit noisy. If you want to grab something to drink you must go 2 floors downstairs.

Very Old Office Furniture with a Complex Payment Scheme

The Prices on this Site are outdated, they offer a very complex pricing scheme detailed on 4 sheets 2 sided A4 paper. The Location is acceptable, in Nasr City, but with a huge problem when it comes to finding a Parking Space. There is a shopping mall a few blocks away. The Entry is through a manually operated Sliding Door. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning is decent, with the dim lights, old walls with chippy paint, and wooden floors that give a 1-star BnB atmosphere. They offer multiple shared working spaces on multiple floors that are accessible based on the type of "Membership" you choose. The Daily-Use Shared working space is a big room with very old and broken furniture. Several tables were wobbly, and in one instance they replaced a broken wooden table-leg with a chrome-plated one. The place is quite noisy, with mutliple visitors smoking on the stairs which seeps into the rooms due to low quality of the insulation. People were actually eating in the shared area which led to a lingering stench Due to the Complex Pricing schemes, I resorted to using my own Internet Subscription. (The scripts on this page force me to choose a WiFi rating, and since I have not tried it I gave it an "Average") The bathroom was clean. I was not showen any kitchenette, however the free water fountain gets filled from the water-mains supply in "nestle jugs".

my experience is one year old, nice friendly staff, good support, nce packages that can fit startups and a good place to get in touch with people in IT field as well.
