Developed by Coterie and operated by KAPITALIZE, Mezzanine is a coworking space situated on the first floor of the iconic Avierino building on Fouad Avenue. Constructed on Fouad Street in 1928, the Avierino building has hosted a number of Alexandria’s cosmopolitan tenants and institutions over the years. Designed by the Greek architect P.Griparis, the building is characterized by its towering dome and neo renaissance style. Our coworking space offers a large coworking area, private offices and meeting rooms.
