The San Jose Plaza Roble Las Terrazas Center is situated in one of six buildings connected by covered walkways that make up the secure Plaza Roble complex, which offers CCTV monitoring, parking, managed telecoms, printing and postal services. As the name suggests, there are terraces onto the landscaped central courtyard, with views of the mountains surrounding Escazu. Many foreign companies and embassies house their employees in this small but affluent town, which has the largest expatriate population in Costa Rica. English is widely spoken. Other businesses in the hi-tech complex include leading IT and consultancy firms and a five-star hotel. It is near Multiplaza Escazu and Avenida Escazu, two large commercial complexes featuring shops, banks and financial institutions. With direct access to a major highway intersection, it is easy to get to downtown San Jose, 7km away, and a 15-minute drive to the international airport.

The center in Plaza Roble was very convenient. Very close from hotels, hostels, AirBNB locations, and within walking distance from a shopping mall. The team at the front desk was very helpful, and they helped me settle in right away. The kitchen was well equipped, with coffee machines, tea, hot water, and I even got to taste the local "Agua Dulce"· which is a product made out of raw sugar cane.
