Coworking Space: Casa Colibri Palomino in Palomino

We had an incredible experience in Casa Colibri, thanks to the host and the facilities!

Nowhere beats Casa Colibri in Palomino to have good WIFI! As an online teacher, I needed a good speed to be able to teach with Zoom. I tried another place in Palomino and it didn't stop lagging. Even when there is a power outage, there is a generator and "emergency" battery that start right away without any stop of Internet. The rooms are also soundproof so you almost don't here the music around. It's in the middle of the main road, so you can choose if you go to the river or the beach. There are many restaurants, grocery and fruits and veggies shops close. You can have access to the kitchen too! And there is a chilling area on the second floor with hammocks. My only deception was that I saw only one time a colibri visiting while I thought it was the House of colibris :) ! But, if you go in the Sierra and next to the river, there are plenty! Joaquin, the owner, is very welcoming, easygoing, funny and helpful. He can give you great recommandations to go off the beaten track!

What are the benefits from globalization? Working in places where you don't necessarily expect wifi. But at Casa Colibri, you don't have to worry about that. Enjoy your time in the vivid village of Palomino while having a great connection. 100% recommended when you combine work + travel. Also great for longer stays if you need more time to escape the everyday madness. P.S.: the team at Casa Colibri is lovely!

Starlink Internet and a backup generator, which means that even with Palomino’s notorious power outages you’ll still never lose connectivity. There are no office chairs, but duh this is Palomino. Try the food, it’s delicious.

This is the best place for work in Palomino. The internet connection is fast and reliable and we had an excellent experience working there as digital nomads! The people were really nice too.❤️

Casa Colibrí made working from Palomino possible. I worked from there for months & had stable connection for video calls (despite the power & signal outages the town overall experiences). They set up the room with a desk for me as well + free coffee throughout the day!

Casa Colibri has the best internet speed in town! I work here very almost every week. The electricity is always running, the coffee and lunches are great, the owners are super friendly and they take care of everything you could need. Highly recommended! Oh, Keki the cat, is a great plus!
