Coworking Space: Ivy Cowork 24/7 & Wellness Spa – Laureles, Medelin in Medellin

Here are some other lies: that construction would almost certainly be done in June 2021 - don’t believe this (even with the rent discount it’s not worth it and they aren’t even close to completing the project). The building at the time I took a tour was full of construction dust, dirt, bags of cement, scaffolding, workers, little to no security at the building since men need to work and they can’t be bothered to keep the door closed. The entrance to the building, the hallways, the elevator, everything is covered in dust and dirt from full on construction. They have a woman that cleans but it’s impossible to contain the construction mess. The building is covered in black construction enclosures that make it look awful and block the view from your apartment. There is scaffolding blocking the garage - there is no parking here since the garage is used for all their construction and it’s a mess. The internet was always disconnecting. The Smart TVs have a defect that causes the apps to not load so you are always resetting your tv to factory. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen so the sound and heat flow throughout the entire apartment. The dryer is vented right outside your apartment door, so every time you leave the apartment you step on lint that gets pushed into your apartment’s floor and entrance. The bed and furniture are poor quality. They hung some fabric art on the wall and it’s of poor taste. The building is made with poor materials - you can hear everything, every where. Shockingly, the owner would take audio from two floors below of me with my girlfriend having conversations and doing other things and send it to me - it’s the building, not me. The administration never leaves you alone - constant knocking on the door, messages, etc.

Ivy has 24/7 access, ample working space and a beautiful, stylish design. The offices are insulated from the outside noise, with private offices available to further the quietness of the working environment. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need (fresh coffee available during working hours), and amenities such as massages to help break up the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, flexible work space.

The owners are very nice and welcoming. The space is always super clean and very open. People are really here to get work done and you can make some good friends and professional connections.

Great Atmosphere, Very quiet, Lots of tables to use,

It's a one-stop shop! The internet is fast and facility is comfortable for the 12 hour days I typically work, plus health and wellness benefits I take advantage of often. Without leaving the facility I a) rent an apartment upstairs with 200Mbps speeds, b) work at the Ivy Laureles coworking space downstairs, and c) easily schedule personal care (massage therapy, yoga, chiropractic, etc.)! This is critical for me to continually operate at my peak and deliver value to myself and my clients.

This coworking space offers 24/7 access, high ceilings with lot's of natural light, offers ergonomic chairs & stand up desks to use for free.

The best co-working space in Medellin I found. Work by the day, week or month. Rent an office or desktop. High speed internet. Lots of coffee and tea. Super friendly staff and helpful owner. Dogs you can pet no extra charge! I've been to quite a few coworking spaces and this one is definitely the best of them.

Shortly before moving to Medellin I did some research on the city’s numerous coworking options. I’ve since toured nearly every potential work space in central Medellin in my search for work-bliss. I always come back to my first love, Ivy Laureles. Firstly, the neighborhood is hard to beat. Like most newbies I spent most of my early days in the Poblado area, which is VERY nice. Laureles is equally nice, but I find it more of a “neighborhood”, with tons of nearby fitness options, food, cafe’s, and beautiful landscaping. Walking through the neighborhood to Ivy Laureles helps me center my thoughts as I prep for work. Although it is primarily known as a coworking venue it is also a wellness hub. In fact, my first visit was for a shiatsu massage — it was AMAZING (included a dry cupping modality) and super cheap by US standards. I like the concept of one-stop-shopping for work-integrated wellness. They offer chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga, and facial services! On my second visit I needed to get some work done. After time on the battlefield of coffee shop WiFi varied networks, 100mb speed was like cold Gatorade in the dessert! The space was as advertised: quiet, well lit and unlimited coffee...I’m easy to please

Best cowork experience ever: - Very clean (new building) - You get a card for 24/7 access - Very safe area - Excellent location: Airbnb, restaurants, bars, supermarkets all within 5 minutes walking distance from the cowork - Very good price! - You can order an entire menu (vegetarian/vegan included) to be delivered around noon for approx. 15000 COP. Ideal for if you want to eat lunch but have no time to leave the cowork space. - The place is run by an American: very efficient and no communication problems whatsoever Conclusion: best cowork experience in Medellin by far at a very good price! I highly recommend it.

Ivy Coworking is my go-to coworking space in Medellin. The staff is great and someone is always there to ensure you have what you need. WiFi is strong and there are plenty of phone booths to take calls. The overall vibe is warm and friendly. It’s easy to meet other coworkers and yet it’s also quiet so you can get stuff done.

This office is perfect for those who want to get work done. The environment is pleasant because it is quiet and well-decorated. Furthermore, the members are focused on their work and do not cause distractions. There are incredible amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a massage room. Oh and yes there is complimentary coffee. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Overall it was an extremely productive and pleasant experience working at Ivy Laureles.

This place has been the perfect spot for me to get my work done. It stays pretty cool, the wifi is perfect, free coffee. They also have yoga classes and a masseuse on site if you want to get a massage. Plus, the surrounding area is beautiful with plenty of great menu del dias when I want to get lunch. Great experience overall.

A co-working space in a central location within the Laureles area of Medellin. Good chairs and tables, a kitchen and private offices / phone booths. It was perfect to work from here on a daily basis :)

I really enjoyed my time at Ivy especially being able to access the space anytime I wanted 24/7... Perfect for insomniacs, night owls, or workaholics who need to finish a major project or two.

Ivy Laureles is a nice, modern coworking space in between la 70 and Avenida Nutibara. The wifi is great, the coffee/tea is free, and there is plenty of space for you to be indoors, outdoors, isolated, or around other remote workers. I've been here almost a month now and I'm still very pleased with the space. I've met plenty of people here I now consider friends and some have even helped me with my business. The best part? 24/7 access. For a $30.000 COP deposit, you get a key card that allows you to access the space at any time. As person who functions best at night and wakes up around noon, this is a no brainer. Most other coworking spaces I've considered around here close at night.

This coworking in Laureles neighborhood was unique for several reasons. It was the only one that had the sleek feel of a modern office building. New and clean surfaces and furniture. All the chairs were the comfortable ergonomic type, which is surprisingly hard to find in any coworking space. The seats are away from the street so its quiet. Good call rooms and kitchen and back area for fresh air. Tall ceilings. The admins are super friendly and helpful. Friendly dog you can pet but doesn't bother you. I like the healthy food we order daily its a good price.

Fastest Wifi Speed I've seen so far in Medellin. I've used 4 other coworking places so far in Medellin & this place has the fastest internet speed both up 50mbs and down 50mbs I've seen so far. The chairs are very comfortable & they gave me a 24 hr access card so I can make my calls to Asia & Europe. Since I do many online calls, I decided to get a private office for COP $400.000 which is enclosed with glass with lots of natural light & lockable door. Been here over a week so far & no plans to leave.

They also have a wellness area with a massage room. I have only been here a week so far but I really like the place & staff.

Para empezar me gusta lo centrico que esta ubicado, solo a unas pocas cuadras de la avenida principal y cerca a la estacion del metro. YvyCoworking te brinda un lugar muy hermoso y profesional para trabajar, posee sala de conferencias y salas abiertas y privadas y una red de internet super estable super importante para trabajar con telecomunicaciones o videoconferencias, lo cual es genial! ademas de estar orientado hacia el area de bienestar; las personas que hagan uso del espacio tambien pueden gozar de clases de yoga gratis en una increible terraza con unas de las mejores vistas de medellin.

Most of the coworking spaces I tried in Medellin were old houses converted into cowork space. This building is brand new with coworking space on 1st floor facing street. Since many of my clients visit me at my office, it was nice to have a professional looking office space instead of a converted house. The 100mb wifi speed was perfect for my conference calls. 10 block walk from Metro Estadio & walking distance to several restaurants & 2 super markets. Next week I plan to try the rooftop yoga classes they offer. So far everything great hear. I forgot to say they have a very cute black labrador that is the mascot.
