Great space to work out of in Envigado

My family and I have been in Colombia for a month (I come frequently). I worked out of a few spaces in Bogota and spent a day working out of CoWFe. The founders and everyone in the space is very friendly and helpful. The building (a renovated house) is located in the center of Envigado about two blocks from the Exito. The Internet speed is good (I did a test and got almost 8 MB for download and 3.5 upload). I would like it a bit higher but had no problems. They have a good meeting room, a nice balcony on the main floor and a rooftop where meetings can also happen or people can work. The space is in good shape, and they are slowly upgrading and decorating. Chairs were comfortable. They do have free coffee but do suggest they get a much bigger machine and perhaps add some basic snacks or other drinks.
