Midday was established in May 2020. It is located on the ground and the first floor of Guangzhou Liuhua fashion Wholesale Market, with a construction area of more than 6000 square meters. It aims to build a duel circulation foreign trade innovation and design incubation base. Midday lab combines Guangzhou Liuhua fashion Wholesale Market with a large number of mature merchant resources in the design, production, and sales industry chain. The goal is to attract alumni and fresh graduates from well-known universities in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, including but not limited to Tsinghua, China Academy of fine art, etc…, Overseas Chinese collaborated to innovate and startup businesses to activation and upgrading of foreign trade industry. 晌午（国际）创新创业实验基地成立于2020年05月，位于广州流花服装批发市场东门首层及一楼，建筑面积超过6000平方米，目标建成国家级双循环外贸创新及品牌、设计孵化基地。晌午（国际）创新创业实验基地结合广州流花服装批发市场大量设计、生产、销售产业链条成熟的商户资源，目标吸引包括但不限于清华、央美等国内及港澳台知名高校的校友与应届毕业生、海外归国华人华侨协同创新创业，实现传统外贸产业线上+线下活化升级。未来将联合省市知识产权局，各高新科技企业和大量的创投融系列服务机构，提供创、投、融、法、财、税、知识产权（国际物流）等一站式综合企业支撑及服务，引入海内外创投机构和各级国资背景的创业孵化类基金为进驻创业团队、企业和品牌保驾护航。
通过国内外博览展销会、投资洽谈会、新品推介会，行业研讨会、技术交流会等活动，建立路演中心，实现展贸活动的系列化、常年化。为了更好地服务于创新创业团队，晌午创新创业实验基地已建成创新孵化中心、创业孵化区，同时提供创业沙龙、商务洽谈、项目路演、创业交流、休闲等公共服务区域，拥有完善的硬件设施。
