KOWORK MAPU - WORK SPACE FOR THE RURAL AND URBAN ENTREPRENEUR.

Concept: The term coworking was mentioned for the first time in 1999, by Engineer Louis Bernard "Bernie" de Koven, who defined it as a collaborative work, supported by a computer and the existing technologies at that time. This term was based on the vision he had about the computer and how this tool would affect the future of work. Although this concept began to be used thanks to Computer Engineer Brad Neumberg, in 2007, in the city of San Francisco, United States (Geneviene, 2011), to describe its innovative work system.

It is for this reason that KOWORK MAPU emerges, due to the situations of new RURAL entrepreneurs who must focus their efforts and resources on the basis of their activity, trying to minimize the accessory costs derived from it (rent offices, meeting room, ect..). In response to these needs appears the concept of Kowork Mapu. The benefits of implementing a system for renting work space, virtual office and meeting room for users, offers a solution to the problem of isolation that is for many independent rural areas (or even microenterprises), This allows the creation of micro-systems of diverse professionals that generate synergies and creative collaborations, thus becoming a commitment to increase employment in the region. Where our focus is to be sustainable to help not only in infrastructure but also to support in advisory and Management.

KOWORK MAPU – ESPACIO DE TRABAJO PARA EL EMPRENDEDOR RURAL Y URBANO.

Concepto: El término coworking fue mencionado por vez primera en el año 1999, por el Ingeniero Louis Bernard “Bernie” de Koven, quien lo definió como un trabajo colaborativo, apoyado por un ordenador y las tecnologías existentes en dicha época. Este término fue en base a la visión que poseía sobre el computador y cómo esta herramienta afectaría en el futuro laboral. Si bien este concepto se empezó a utilizar gracias al Ingeniero en Informática Brad Neumberg, en el año 2007, en la ciudad de San Francisco, Estados Unidos (Geneviene, 2011), para poder describir su innovador sistema de trabajo.

Es por esta razón surge KOWORK MAPU, por las situaciones de nuevos emprendedores RURALES que deben centrar sus esfuerzos y recursos en la base de su actividad intentando minimizar los costes accesorios derivados de la misma (alquiler de oficinas, talleres, materiales…). Como respuesta a estas necesidades aparece el concepto de Kowork Mapu. Los beneficios que trae consigo la implantación de un sistema de alquiler de espacio de trabajo, oficina virtual y sala de reunión para los usuarios, ofrece una solución para el problema de aislamiento que supone para muchos independientes de la zonas Rurales (o incluso microempresas), esto permite generar microsistemas de profesionales diversos que generan sinergias y colaboraciones creativas convirtiéndose así en una apuesta por el incremento del empleo en la región. Donde nuestro enfoque es ser sustentable para ayudar no solo en infraestructura sino también de apoyar en Asesoría y Gestión.
