Such a great space for those working remotely, looking to connect with interesting folks and be a part of a diverse coworking community. The vibe is warm and inviting and the location is awesome - definitely try out Kwench!

The open, kind & inviting energy at KWENCH makes coming to work every morning a lovely experience. The networking we've been able to do while working out of KWENCH has been very useful, especially as a new company coming into the Victoria/Vancouver Island market space.

Warm, friendly, smart coworkers and hosts. Balanced mix of genders and interesting mix of expertise/careers. Lots of light. Great location.

My productivity has increased ten-fold. My work has felt much more professional. Being surrounded by beautiful, caring, interesting and hard working people has made my work (and personal) life a total dream. Kwench has been my saving grace while going through personal setbacks; this coworking space isn't just about work, it's about coming home to a big quirky family.

Kwench is: 1. Inclusive: The team works very hard to create a culture where people actually talk to each other! Newcomers are actively welcomed in person and on our slack channel. As someone who works in a private office inside the co-working space, there is an inevitable divide that exists. Despite that, I have made strong connections with the freelancers that work downstairs, and I believe that is due to the culture of inclusivity that Kwench promotes. 2. Pro-active: The team takes the time to ask for member feedback on just about everything! I feel like my voice is heard and I have seen my suggestions taken into action. 3. Fun: The team curates a variety of events in the space, such as lunch & learns, potluck breakfasts/lunches, and yoga. The events are mostly free, which is really refreshing.

Great energy. Nice office design. Very central. Stand up desks. Unlimited great coffee. Often free beer. And a very caring owner Tessa who is almost always on site.

Club Kwench is not just a coworking space, it's a micro-community within an already warm and fuzzy city. Kwench is a place where you know you can feel welcome, make connections, and be treated with kindness. The club coordinators and staff here are leaders by example: they make everyone feel like it's second nature to ask sincere questions or celebrate Tuesday for the sake of tacos! While it's more than a coworking space, it does coworking right. There are all the amenities you could ever ask for and more. They foster an environment of creativity, productivity, and wholesomeness. As a startup, I have found tremendous value in this space and have gained knowledge and insights I would have never sought ought before, let alone known where to look for them. The dedication the brand has to growth (both internally as a company and for their members) is so motivating. It truly inspires each of us to reach our true potential - extending beyond work potential and into personal growth as well. Overall, Kwench is a space of inclusivity and positivity that I would recommend to anyone interested in coworking.

KWENCH has been a creative haven for me to work from. Its members leave their egos at the door, making the space warm, inviting and accepting. The culture KWENCH has fostered is unparalleled to any other coworking space full of creative leaders, educational learning experiences, fun times and well designed work space. I have made valuable connections and have worked on some of my favourite projects in collaboration with some of the people I've met through KWENCH. We are all very excited about KWENCH's expansion in the fall to a beautiful reclaimed heritage building on the edge of China Town. Purpose-built facilities and more room to connect and create! Undeniably the best coworking space in Victoria, B.C!

For the last year, I've been working at the Club Kwench co-working space, and I LOVE IT. Bright, open, comfortable, and full of excellent people. I was originally only coming for one week, then extended it for a month, then a year, and now indefinitely. I look forward to coming here every day. Showing up to KWENCH every morning makes for a productive & positive working environment. I'm so pleased with the connections and friendships I've made since becoming a member, especially since I was new to the city when I started. The KWENCH staff make sure everyday is as comfortable as it can be for members, meaning we don't have to worry about a thing: just show up, work & live.

I have worked in many coworking spaces and after being at Kwench for a year I can honestly say its one of the better coworking spaces around. The owner Tessa is almost always on-site, and is always seeking out ways to make the office an even better place to work. Stand up desks, free great quality coffee, regular free beer, great office decor, colour printer, good internet etc all make it a really good place to work. However, the stand out feature is Tessa's personality which ensures we attract really fun, easy going and dynamic members. Thoroughly recommended if you're ever in town.

I came to KWENCH after working from home for a few months trying to get my startup going and wanting to save on operation costs. That being said, I was finding it extremely difficult to work from home in a new city, as I couldn't meet new people and create meaningful network connections as easily I could face-to-face. Ever since the first day I stepped in the door at KWENCH I've felt like a priority. They welcomed me (and my dog!) with open arms and a hot cup of coffee ;). Access to amenities, workshops, productive environment and frankly, stylish space has allowed our business to grow a culture that would be incredibly difficult/near impossible to recreate on our own. I look forward to growing our team at KWENCH.
