Office building is safe with security patrolling on main floors, and includes elevator and stair access. There is a cafe on the ground floor of the building and multiple restaurants and food chains within a short walking distance of the building. Desk rental also includes access to our amenities such as printer, kitchen and sink, ping-pong table, coffee and tea, and washrooms! Access to our mindfulness/meditation room and meeting rooms can also be granted upon request! Desk can be rented out for a month or for a long-term period, and desk can be designated for your use only to ensure the security of your workspace. Office is located within walking distance of Kipling subway station, so commuting is as simple as can be. The building management cleans all public spaces daily to enforce the prevention of spreading COVID-19. Employees are encouraged to stay home if feeling unwell within all departments of the building.
