The space itself is nice but very sterile. Expect it to feel like a really old-fashioned lawyer's office. The area for people doing one-day coworking lacks windows and is very off-putting. The coworking memberships are not in line with industry norms. Their software has a lot of kinks that need to be worked out, such as sending off $0 invoices every time you use the space. But the real problem is the owner - IWG and Regus. These are quite hard companies to deal with. Their salespeople are aggressive and willing to say anything to close the deal. Their customer support is quite bad and will do anything to keep your money, regardless of the outcome. They aren't a customer-centric company - instead, their attitude is "get the money and keep the money at any cost". Expect a nickel-and-dime way of doing business - they keep the nickel and the dime and try to get a quarter out of you too.
