When that person arrives, the Concierge is representing your company, the building is yours to tour, The Storm Room is your personal space. Basing your business out of [inn]space gives you that larger infrastructure without the overhead or headaches of managing the building.

[2] One of our policies at the [inn], is that we will only rent to ONE business or individual from each industry or sector. We have found that this optimizes the networking possibilities within our community and allows for increased productivity. You should be able to conduct your business without the competition around the corner. We sacrificed our bottom line so that you don’t have to; you’re welcome. ; )

[3] Our Guests here at the [inn] thrive in the unique benefits that come with working out of a shared office curated exclusively for Barrie’s professionals. Both our Executive Offices and Micro Offices include the Room Services Package, which basically means everything. There are no hidden fees at the [inn]. The lines of communication between our Guest Services Team and our Guests are always open. If you need something, and we can make it happen, it’s done! As a result of this user-based approach, we now offer additional amenities that are exclusive to us – like mobile dry cleaning and lunch programs!

The lower level of of [inn]space, deemed “The Lounge”, is our coworking haven. 1/3 café, 1/3 living room, 1/3 office – This space can accommodate any working style. Free WiFi, coffee service and access to our breakout space The Storm Room are all included in the monthly membership.
