Overview of Overtaim South Coworking Space

OvertAIM Co-working office is designed for early stage startups, small businesses and freelancers. We offer flexible, affordable work-space also for the community thought-leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, remote workers, corporate project teams, and educational and community partners to collaborate, create, learn, lead, and foster our flourishing local and regional entrepreneurial and startup eco-system.
We are located in Studentski Grad, Sofia and our goals are:

1. Co-working space for a success -. In te coworking space of Overtaim freelancers and small company owners are working next to each other on their own projects, independently but still forming a real community.
2. Focus on your co-workers, not your co-working space. – In Overtaim we believe that you should spend more time with your co-workers, investing in a community and enjoying. Work can be fun and more effective if you are in an inspiring environment, surrounded by a versatile and supportive people.
3. Reliable working spot in Studentski Grad, Sofia - You don’t need to keep an overly expensive office in order to have a company seat at the most frequented location in Sofia! Overtaim is the entrepreneur base that makes small companies big.

It proves quiet workspace with great atmosphere. Its next to a huge supermarket, lunch place and also gym. It is located in one of the most social and communicative areas in Sofia. There is parking next to it which is really helpful. I recommend it!

Perfectly situated co-working space supplied with luxury desks, ergonomic chairs, cafe, jym, hairstyle studio, free parking, big conference room and great society. Our team got 2 weeks for free when we checked in. After we realized that the working space is very comfortable and useful we decided to prolong our stay and to make it our office. It has super fast internet and printer and big conference room available for up to 20 people around the table. There is also well equipped jym in the building where we start often start the day with a good work out. The area around is full of good, tasty and amazingly cheap restaurants, to go cafes, fast food places where you can eat or make your meeting.

Really calm and bright place with free parking. Not very crowded which is super for me. Wi Fi is really good, also there is a cable connections for the people who might need it. The building is really fancy and clean. Toilets are great. For me the best think is the free parking and many restaurants near by. In the building you also have gym, coffee shop, nuts, fresh juices near by, and basically everything you need. Overtaim has great working hours - 7 days a week since 7:00 AM till 10:00 PM every night. Vouch for it! seee you!
