Coworking Space: Factory Forty in Brussels

I have been cool-working at Factory Forty for more than two years now and I have never been disapointed by the speed of the wi-fi. The atmospher is always calm and happy and when you feel a bit tired, you can always do a power nap in one of their hamac. I would really strongly recommand this co-working for people that love vegetarian garden, chicken and BBQ in the summer. The staff also really tries to put you in the best mood to be productive in your day. Regarding the co-worker you will find here a new family. In the sense that each time you will come, you will feel home... Love

Each time I come to Brussels I go to Factory Forty; the place is really close to Gare de Midi and easily accesible by bike or tram, it's also close to the highway when you come from Paris for ex. Plenty of parking spaces if needed also. The coworking space is the ideal place to focus as it's really big and calm with different desks + sofa & hamac when you need a rest :) The atmosphere is really unique with a warm family feeling. When you work you can hear the hen or the train sometimes passing by, it makes the ambiance cosy and exotic in the earth of Brussels. David and his team are really devoted to make the place super nice. There is also all you need for meeting, or individual call. The resident community will make you feel part of even when you are passing by for few days. There is no doubt it's the best coworking space in Brussels!

Nice and welcoming place in forest. I came a lot there when I lived in Brussels and come back all the time I'm around. This is calm and peaceful, the garden, the rooster, the bees and all the light helps a lot. There is lot of occasion to meet new people, regular events are organized by David our host. It's a bit away from Brussels center but there is a lot of way to go there. It's near the ring, so easy by car. A bit more complicated by public transport, the best is to go by bike with nice the new shiny cycle lane.

Coworking confortable, accueillant, spacieux et atypique. Le jardin est magnifique, potager, poulailler, ruche, pièce d'eau, espace biodiversité et espace de pic nic. Les locaux sont très diversifiés pour diverses ambiances de travail ou de réunions. A proximité d'une piste cyclable et avec un grand espace de parking, le bâtiment est très accessible. La gestion du bâtiment est familiale et les coworkers font rapidement partie de cette famille. L'ambiance est très zen, joyeuse et propice à la créativité. Wi-Fi, prises électriques, matériel de bureau, salles de réunions petites/moyennes /grandes, salle climatisée, salles pour passer des coups de téléphone, cuisine, machine à café,... tout ce que vous avez besoin pour travailler efficacement est disponible 7 jours sur 7.

I have been working here since January 2018, and it is for sure the best decision I made since I live in Blegium. The atmosphere here is incredibly nice, everybody is very kind, and once in a while there are events organized by the coworkers that everybody can join! The building is amazing, it is very bright and big enough not to bother others while working. Isolation is great, as I can't hear what others talk in their offices, and the Stuff is simply the best! They are warm, gentle, and willing to help you in eveything they can. And the most important thing of all: You can park in the very front of the door with no problem!!

Factory 40 team is very flexible with my needs, either for a part-time desk in a quiet place or for renting a full time desk in a smaller office where i can give phone calls all day long! There is a family spirit here, and very often people are gathering for lunch, or for a drink around a birthday cake. I'm a user of many co-working spaces in different locations (Paris, Lille, Hong-Kong...) and i can definitely say that at Factory 40 they've found the right balance between friendly space, convenience and seriousness of the equipment. I strongly advise to come and work here... or simply pass by and grab a sweet on the entrance desk ;)

It is a marvellous place for the coworkers. It is a roomy, pleasant and luminous workplace. There is a paking for the cars and for the two wheels. There is full with plants, a garden of pot herbs, small being and a hen house with marvellous hens “silk”. By good weather, one can lunch there under a sunbeam energizer. The owner and his team (qualified and very nice) expect you the reception to explain you and show you this marvellous ideal place for work, but also for various events for companies of varied universes and sometimes surprising. Come to see by yourself and you will succumb!

And Factory Forty feels like home. I pushed the door of Factory Forty 3 years ago. I was renting back then a small office next to Brussels South Station. You know, one of these "ready-to-use" desk offices. I was craving for some fresh air, some light, some space, some bonding. I entered this place and I knew that I had found the place where I wanted to come everyday to work. We do not always have the time to share with coworkers, we do not always have the time to share more that a chat, a walk on the terrace, a smile. I'm always on the road, on the run...but I know that when I bump into someone here, known faces or knew encounters..something always happens. Serendipity. There's something really magical about this here. THIS is a place to care: for yourself, for your work, for others. The place to learn again the fundamentals of being...with human beings. Delphine.

Out of six coworking offices I tried in Brussels, Factory Forty was by far the best ! The place is bright, can't wait for summer, and have diner in the garden. Yes, there is a garden with a pond (ice rink in winter), bees and chicken. The shared openspace is very quiet and warm. Colorful desks, persian carpets (or so), luxuriant plants and a hammock ! Always someone in the kitchen to chat with during lunch. Cool people with funny jokes at coffee time. And a very helpful, pro and pleasant staff. To put it in a nutshell: c'est la classe américaine !

8 months already?! I've been coming to this place nearly everyday for 8 months and I still enjoy it a lot! Easy to focus and relax, but easy to hang out with other workers... The place in itself is gorgeous, even if it is not in a beautiful area. The people on the team are available and very friendly. The wifi is good, the hammock is comfy, the kitchen is full of laughs! And the chickens are lovely... I have still to take part in one of their famous table tennis tournament... It comes with the BBQ season, I heard! Oh and it is very accessible (car or public transport).
