Are you looking for a new office location? We are looking for a few local businesses to share our recently renovated and furnished offices. With three individual & lockable offices available, we'd love to welcome you to a new home just a short walk (about 73 steps or 1 min walk) down the road.

There's a shared kitchen, end of trip shower, client bathroom & fantastic open meeting coworking room. Included are outgoings, internet, reverse cycle split systems, regular cleaning, common furniture plus desks & chairs in each office (office furniture can be removed if you'd like to bring your own).



We have 3 offices available, all suit 3-5 people. Two have split systems in the room and one is cooled by the common system.

We'd be happy to engage on a month to month arrangement or lock in a 1 or 2 year term. We'd also be happy to arrange co-branded signage on the street front with anyone on a 1 year or more term.
