Level Nine is a full-service, 24/7 co-working space catering to both hotel guests and local residents. With unparalleled views of the Swan River, Level Nine features 10 individual offices, eight window desks that offer a floor-to-ceiling outlook onto the Quay, a long communal workstation designed as dedicated desks, two private phone booths along with comfy chairs and tables in the open areas round out the workstations. Charging towers, multi-functional printing and scanning facilities as well as other business services are also available.

There is a boardroom available that can accommodate up to 10 people or it can be partitioned into two meeting rooms that works as an ideal space for small private meetings and presentations, with each having the ability to seat five guests.
