The venue is only a 1-minute walk to Clarendon Street or the market, plus a 5-minute drive to the CBD.

The mission of The Commons is to support curiosity, to focus on building and strengthening its community and to instigate change. This is where innovative souls flourish and ideas can reach dizzying heights. It is a space for you and or your team to thrive, to unlock your full potential and where you can share your unique skills and experiences with likeminded individuals.

The space features a spin cycle studio, a quiet zone library and 3 outdoor terraces, making it the hub for our wellness offering. You will find an open-air garden to swan around for contemplative time-out moments, a library for some quiet time and a brainstorming wall for a bit of creative thinking.

Coworking members can work how and when they want to with numerous membership plans on offer that take into account the needs of freelancers, startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses. You can grab a floating desk between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm or a dedicated desk in an open space with 24/7 access. Private offices are available if you want to rumble around in your own domain with unlimited access. You will have access to the Wellness Program and mentorship support, as well as numerous events where you can show off your networking skills and stunning smile.
