This is such a great space, good facilities, friendly vibe, lunch between all the co-workers, nice music in the background... Love it :)

It has a fabulous vibe, from hanging on the couches, to parking yourself on a shared table with Ryan Gosling. Everyone is super friendly, there's workplace get together's regularly like "pizza days" and its in a prime location.

I love everything about this place! The Exchange team is wonderful! They are extremely approachable and always ensuring the space is running smoothly. In regards to the "vibe", it really does feel like a community. People are friendly, the music is great and management is always coming up with fun ways to bring the space together. I cannot recommend more for small businesses or sole traders alike.

I have been based at Exchange Workspaces for 12 months and find it a good place to operate with interesting co-workers, many in Tech and Social Media businesses. The atmosphere is professional and supportive and there are social gatherings outside from time to time. The size is good, not too big, and the WiFi is excellent. The kitchen area provides teas & coffee as well as a box of fruit. Chapel Street is a great location with inexpensive car parks if needed, and plenty of cafes. There is also a Post Office and Officeworks for business supplies. Highly recommend it.

Exchange Workspaces is a great, fun and creative atmosphere! Everyone is so great to work with and the regular puppies/dogs that come through the door make it all the better! The ammenities are absolutely great! Regular fruit delivered, milk, tea, coffee and cooking facilities. The workspace is full of creative and social members - there is always something different happening! There are two meeting rooms as well as multiple break out areas to relax in when you need to get away from your desk. The location is absolutely fantastic - with so many shops and cafes right at your doorstep! VOTE FOR EXCHANGE!

Exchange always has great vibes and is a friendly, laid-back environment to work in. It’s full of cool creatives with big ideas and it’s dog friendly, so there’s always at least one cute and fluffy dog roaming around the office! The space itself is nice and modern with a well-lit, nicely decorated interior. It has lots of desk space for permanent residents as well as some “Flexi-desks” for those who come and go. It’s also equipped with a comfy lounge, 2 meeting rooms and most importantly, a pool table! The space makes you feel comfortable, at home and proud to work there!

Sometimes this place barely feels like an office. It's a hub of inspiration, interaction, music and energy. The community whilst so eclectic seems to mesh together as one thriving organism. There is so much positive energy it is infectious. Nothing extra or over the top in regards to the finishes, but it is tasteful, well designed, thought out and more than enough. A real dream of an office. SUPER fast internet, plenty of break out areas, fresh fruit supplied daily, free coffee and tea, and best of all puppies! This place is pet-friendly, extremely inspiring and an absolute dream to work in. Highly recommended!

Exchange workspaces is a tight nit community of precessionals. I often find myself collaborating with other teams, building new industry relationships and bouncing ideas off office colleagues. We’ve grown from a two man team to a six person team and plan to expand and grow with Exchange workspaces. The floor plan is spacious and relaxed with private meeting rooms located at the back - perfect for inviting clients to the space. The amenities are great with bathrooms including showers and storage for personal belongings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a secure and comfrtable working environment! Makes coming to work a breeze!

The south Yarra co working space truly encourages productivity. It has now become my sanctuary for getting sh$t done . I drop in 3-4 times per week because it’s so central to all of my meeting locations. Based in the heart of chapel street, the work and social lifestyle harmonise together beautifully. The vibe, the owners and the other businesses make the co working space such a good environment to grow and to learn . Having made the move from my old stand alone offices has been the change I so desperately needed in my business life. Highly recommended for any start up on the rise.

Extremely friendly, laid back atmosphere without the ho hum but with all the amenities needed. A rare combination of quite space and social connection. Fantastic team of people supporting the workspace who are on site and engaged. Plenty of desk space, comfortable meeting rooms. Perfect for small teams and solo flyers. The area is amazing with Prahran market next door and chapel street only meters away. The workspace itself is located off a quite street behind Chapel Street, its easily accessible by train, tram or bus. It's a beautiful space that has inspired our team to do amazing work. As a virtual CFO who specialises in working with start-ups, I've seen and worked in a lot of these environments. What initially hits you about Exchange SY is the great, relaxed vibe. This is thanks to Asher and Yelena who run the place. Such great people who really go out of their way to look after you. Perfectly located just off Chapel street, they have created an ideal space where you can socialise if you want or just as equally get s#/t done, as the poster says on the wall. Some try too hard, others don't try enough. These guys get it just right!!! I love working their with my clients and take advantage of the 24/7 access and will be recommending them to all my clients!!

Exchange Workspaces provides a creative co working vibe in the heart of South Yarra. The new fit out to the existing exposed truss roof warehouse allows for natural sunlight whilst working, which is a must. The work stations are spacious, amenities new and wifi is spot on!.

The chairs have great back support, the people offer great business support. More enthusiasm in this room than an America's Got Talent audition. Love the wide selection of teas and proximity to Chapel St. Just an all round legend place to work.

Spent 3 weeks working at exchange south Yarra. In that time connected with another event based company who we now run joint ventures with. My business trajectory has now changed direction all thanks to the unique working space at exchange.

Spending many a working hour at Exchange Work spaces South Yarra I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, great people and amenities. Working at Exchange has allowed my company to grow its client base and provide an exciting atmosphere in which to host them. They really get it right!

I rented a desk for the week that I was in Melbourne for and found Exchange to be the perfect fit for my working requirements. Everybody in there were all such a value add and the location was superb! Highly recommend!

Great spot, amazing people and fantastic working environment

The Exchange Workspaces management has really gone above and beyond my expectations. Taking a personal interest in my business and assisting where they can in expanding my business. As a graphic designer, the environment is perfect, with the right balance of fun and work, it's my favourite office space to date!
