Located on the 31st and 50th floors this centre offers magnificent views over Melbourne CBD and beyond. Its location in the main business and financial district, home to the offices of many leading manufacturing companies and financial institutions make it an excellent office location. The building boasts 24-hour access (to office clients), air conditioning, virtual office, business grade wifi, ample parking and fully furnished permanent offices available to rent for flexible time periods.

Taking prime location on Collins Street, sits 120 Regus. A beautiful art deco building, once the highest in Melbourne’s CBD. Regus occupy 2 floors however it is only level 31 that houses the Business Lounge – a dedicated quite zone where clients are welcome to drop in and begin working straight whilst enjoying business grade wifi in a semi private booth. Level 31 offers a selection of day offices and meeting rooms for your convenience along with a dedicated Receptionist to meet and greet your visitors. A short walk away you will find a multitude of public transport options to take you to any part of Melbourne.

Occupying two floors (level 31 and 50) with a dedicated Reception team on each floor, clients and guests alike are guaranteed a warm and professional welcome. L31 offers a variety of meeting rooms, day offices, Virtual Offices and permanent offices to rent at flexible timescales. For your convenience there are also end of trip facilities, parking (available at special rates), co-working, dedicated Business Lounge, fully stocked kitchen and soft breakout areas.

Sitting in the Paris end of Collins Street is the majestic skyscraper that is Regus 120. Spectacular views await you from the 50th floor. These can be enjoyed from the Yarra Boardroom (seats 12) as well as from many of the permanent offices positioned on the outskirts of the building. Onsite you will find a selection of meeting rooms in varying sizes, video conferencing facilities, end of trip facilities and ample parking. Stepping outside it's just an 8-minute walk to the famous Flinders Street station where you can choose from a variety of trains to take you out of the CBD. However, if you are in no hurry to get home there are a variety of high-end stores and beautiful bars and restaurants to enjoy any day of the week.

Spread over two floors located in the Paris end of Collins Street sits the Regus prime centre. Level 31 offers stunning views of the city from the Business Lounge, which is made available all thanks to the work bench positioned by the window. The business lounge offers individual quiet working hubs made available for use. 5 meeting rooms are on offer, over levels 31 and 50, two of them having 180 degree views of the city overlooking the bay. Private offices are made easily accessible as well as a relaxed, informal break out area. This centre has everything a passing or dedicated office client could ask for, being less then a few minutes' walk to a wide choice of public transport and the surrounding cafes.
