This fully fitted office is to share desk space or you can temporarily rent the whole office.

Looking out onto greenery, with kitchenette, facilities including shower and plenty of outdoor secure parking spots.

If interested in whole office, I will need to leave some things stored in there though.

Wifi, electricity and printing can still be discussed and will then be included in the fees depending on your needs... Usually do this pro rata. So approx.:
Internet: $12/wk or 36/mth

Any excess usage will need to be charged on top of your regular fees after the end of the quarter. But I am equally happy for you to use your own internet dongle of course.
