The main warehouse features 12 hot desk stations across a range of different work environments. Traditional desks, standing benches and lounge areas are available for you to work at and move between.

High speed internet access and all utilities are included in the rental price.

There is also a full kitchen and lounge space for tenants as well as a pool table and casual seating perfect for Friday afternoon drinks.

No mentorships, no posters about synergy, no promises that can’t be kept… just a bunch of people from creative backgrounds who enjoy working in a lovely space.



Colab 4010 is a co-working space and creative event venue in Albion, Brisbane.

We offer a range of workspace options including private offices, dedicated desks in a shared office, co-working and maker-space in a workshop.

We also have a large multipurpose space suitable for performances, exhibitions, workshops, rehearsals, conferences and all manner of creative events.

Current tenants include a barber, interior designer, tailor, marketing agency and film makers.
