Toong 126 Minh Khai belongs to the network of 22+ progressive working environments developed by Toong in Indochina.

From an old printing factory to an innovative coworking space, the iconic workspace was born from the idea to construct a contemporary work environment which retains the structure of the 30-year-old Itaxa building.

Traditional walls are replaced with glass doors. The two storeys were expanded to create a skylight, where we cultivate an indoor oasis of tropical plants. Minimal grey interior is retouched and brought to life with the ever-green garden, transforming the workspace into a haven for progressive Saigonese entrepreneurs and creatives. Right at the busy center of Ho Chi Minh City.

- City center - Well furnished - Supportive staffs

Only good from the outside

For me, the initial impression about the place is very good. The design, the in house garden and the atmosphere, all are great. However, the longer I've been here, the more problems that I realized. - There are not a lot of parking spaces, especially on days where events were hosted at the place. - Chairs are terrible , it gets very uncomfortable as you sit for a long day. - I've seen rats sometimes. - Coffee is very hard to drink, poor in quality even the price is more expensive than the average coffee price around the area. - They put into use a new face recognition system for security recently, which is not working at all. It always pissed me off when I tried to enter the building because it's very slow and never work on the first try. - The private office always have the bad smell at the beginning of the morning.

My Absolute Favorite in Ho Chi Minh

I couldn't believe what I was getting for a day pass in Toong. Gorgeous, sun-lit, simple desks made me so productive. All the greenery was easy on the eyes and the wide space was complemented with art in every corner - so taking a break and having a stretch wouldn't require you to venture far. I can see how some people would find the furniture not as comfortable like in a coffee shop, but that actually worked for me! You can go outside for food and convenience stores. Went here so many times to work for my stay in Vietnam. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those who need to work on Sundays!
