As the Community Manager of the Regus in Newtown Square for almost 3.5 years, the culture I've created here is that of "personally professional." Every client, whether they're a virtual client, a one-person business with a small office, or a larger company with multiple offices- every client here is treated as a person and respected as a professional. I want to build a rapport with all of my clients and get to know them personally, so I can talk football with them and in the same breath, help them meet their business needs. Here at Regus Newtown Square, you're never identified by your account number, you're identified by you, as a person! The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I want you to feel at home here, because the best business is done in an environment you feel comfortable enough to flourish in. The center is always clean and stocked with supplies. Our bean-to-cup coffee machine allows you to grab a cup of coffee without leaving the center, and you can taste the freshness of the beans. We have ample room in the kitchen, and look forward to doing networking events in the center when the time is right. Donut Day, Taco Tuesday, Pretzel Mondays... we try to do a little of everything here. We don't have a vending machine, but often keep snacks for $1 and every month, proceeds go to a personal cause that either I or one of the clients' select. We have a boardroom that seats 8, and a smaller Community Meeting Room that seats 4. You can rent them for the hour or for the day. That goes for our day offices too! We have a lounge area and ThinkPods. Haven't seen a ThinkPod? Come on in and I'll show you! We have secure WiFi and an option to hardwire in, for extra security purposes. Printing, scanning, faxing, and copies are available on our large professional Ricoh machine to make your business run smoother. We have mail and package handling, and we can send FedEx on the spot for you! Conveniently located in Delaware County, but close enough to Chester County, we can accommodate clients from so many places. The view is lovely, often times, deer come through and you can see them from your window office. We're only 5 minutes either way, on West Chester Pike, from food places, Starbucks, stores, and everything in between. Property Management keeps the building, common areas, and bathrooms clean, neat, and tidy. The location is wonderful!
