"Affordable Coworking in Portland without the parking headache!"

    October 2018

I wanted a coworking space close enough to my apartment and downtown Portland-- but without the added expense and headache of finding parking. SopocoWorks answered the call! I just roll up into the parking lot and I'm ready to get to work. The membership plans are flexible and affordable. I currently have a dedicated desk and I get more work done here than I ever could at home. The owner, James is respectful and accommodating. The building and kitchen have been recently renovated and look great! There's an awesome podcast studio and a conference room with a giant HDTV for presentations. There's also an expansion in the works that will add even more coworking space. I highly recommend SopocoWorks!

    "Wonderful co-working space!"

      October 2018

Wonderful co-working space! As more of us work remotely, co-working spaces like SoPoCo.Works are a great resource. Great vibes with a wonderful community of people with a constant hum of productivity. The fees are affordable and it's a perfect place for events. The conference space is a great added bonus. The location is excellent because of the close proximity to the interstate, makes for a quick trip to downtown Portland, without ever having to worry about parking! It is also close to the surrounding towns of Cape Elizabeth and Scarborough. Great staff, and the perfect place to network. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

"Modern, clean and affordable office space for entrepreneurs, startups, established businesses, freelancers and creatives!"

        October 2018

If you're a small business owner, just starting your business, freelancer or creative and need an affordable office space, then SoPoCoWorks might be for you. The building was renovated recently and looks amazing. The offices are modern, clean, open and bright. Lots of windows and light on the top floor, while the bottom floor has a cozy feel with soft chairs and comfortable places to work. There is free, onsite parking available to members, which in my opinion is one of the best perks. Other local co-working places only offer street parking, which can get expensive and annoying when you're trying to focus on running a business. There is a real focus on bringing in creatives, which makes for an awesome atmosphere of people doing interesting work. Plus the building is air conditioned, which is great in the summer months. Bottom line, if you need office space in South Portland, this is the place to be.

        "Excellent Space for Creatives"

          October 2018

SoPoCo has two massive benefits over other coworking spaces in the area: 1. It is significantly more affordable 2. It is geared toward creative types I currently occupy a private suite and have been a member for four months. James, the owner, is both affable and accommodating and the overall environment reflects that. The space is open, easy to navigate, and well lit, with a great attention to aesthetic without seeming like a modern at installation. Other tenants include graphic designers, freelance writers, animators, audio engineers, web developers, and programmers. It should also be mentioned that half of the space is yet to be built out (the south wing) and will, once it’s done, improve upon an already excellent coworking space. Happy to be a part of the SoPoCoWorks family and hope I’ve convinced you to join yourself!
