There is no other co-working space that is affordable, accessible, and bring in the diverse culture of art and tech. It is the epitome of community avoidance for ALL.

Friendly & accommodating staff, conveniently located, ample parking, the overall vibe of the space is warm & inviting. The members are also really friendly.

The rates are much lower than other co-working spaces in Chicago. Plus they work with many community groups and non-profits.

I already reviewed this space on Coworker.com, so I will be brief.

They turned a macaroni factory into artist loft spaces, a variety of businesses, and the Blue Lacuna coworking space! It is spacious, light, wood and brick everywhere, filled with art, friendly, and quiet enough to get work done. They mostly attract nonprofit companies who use their offices and conference rooms, plus some classes and events, but there is a smattering of individuals too. The kitchen is basic (microwave, no stove) but they do offer a coffee and tea machine. Hours are pretty good, 9-9 during the week and 10-5 Saturday. Can't wait to bring my deskwork here! I put "excellent" for location because it is close to Chinatown, Pilsen (artsy Mexican neighborhood), and UIC. However, it is not downtown. They also have free parking.

                3 Thank Neil
