THIS SPACE IS CLOSED
River Coworks is a shared working environment where you can grab an open workstation or a semi-private office. It is designed for collaboration, for being productive and to incubate new businesses. It is setting up your office whatever those requirements may be amidst a community of likeminded talented souls sharing their entrepreneurial values and creating dynamic synergies. Attracting those of the digital nomad ilk, freelancers over working from home and fledgling startups needing a base. It is the solution to working in isolation.
River CoWorks sitting in the historic downtown heart of Basalt with an outside deck merely feet from the Fryingpan River is a contemporary space complete with a conference room for its members' use. Its goal is to incubate businesses by way of mentorships and introductions to professionals in the banking, accounting, marketing, tourism, environmental and hospitality fields. They even promise that members who succeed in growing a business to the point that they out-grow "their" River CoWorks space, will be refunded 25% of all coworking fees up to $1,500! (Provided they enter into a long term lease of a year or longer.) That is quite an incentive to wave under entrepreneurs' noses.
Here you will find no long-term commitment or overhead expense, with all the benefits of a communal environment fostering networking and business incubation. You will have everything you could wish for by way of office hoo-ha plus super fast Wi-Fi to plug into.
There are 2 types of monthly plans to jump on from a private workstation just for you or an open workstation in a communal setting.
