Coworking Space: Runway in San Francisco

Runway is a very welcoming, productive and modern workspace with a wonderfully diverse and engaged community of professionals. There are so many interesting startups here and I've found it very fruitful to network with the others here. I also really appreciate the Runway staff, who work hard to keep everything running and make everyone feel supported and heard. The Runway staff also regularly organize community events and facilitate networking opportunities. There is also a large event space (30+ people) where you can either organize in house events or attend the frequent workshops and interesting events that take place there. Nice perk of being a member here! After trying multiple coworking spaces, I can say that Runway is my favorite one!

When I can to the Bay Area with my company a few years ago, it was hard to find a place to call home. The relationships Ive built with the teams at runway and the network of people I've met have been extensive. There are tons of industry events to attend and I love the Weekly bagel breakfasts and happy hours! The space is very open and modern which I love but there are still call rooms and nooks you can get away from the world in. I especially love the "Zen Space" where you can go to meditate or nap! There are a whole page of different amenities and offers you get as a Runway member as well!

I have worked at a number of offices, mostly large corporate areas, and I love coming to Runway. It is very collaborative, well kept, and great people all around. There is always a great opportunity to network and truly enjoy the experience working here. Most of all, there is a great market down stairs, so you have access to great food/coffee 24/7. You get all of the benefits of working at a large corporation with the added benefit of being around startups. You can truly feel the energy when you walk into the Runway. Overall a great place to work.

Runway is a great coworking space! I've worked here for over a year. I've been able to meet a lot of interesting people and attend various networking events in the evenings. Runway hosts happy hour weekly as well as a breakfast for members. It's a great location with Bart and Muni close by for visitors. The size of the office has allowed our team to grow into a larger space as needed. I would say the only downside is the limited amount of conference rooms. I've worked in other coworking spaces and prefer Runway. The Runway community is awesome! I would definitely recommend working within the space.

I have been working out of Runway for the past 4 years, have seen countless teams and members. Its a truly special place that manages to keep a high level of community and create lasting relationships amongst startups, VCs, and corporates. I made many friends here over the years that I would otherwise have never met! Frequent events, happy hours, and weekly bagel breakfasts really help to connect with others in the space. Highly recommend this co-working space to every team that looks for more than just four walls and wants to engage with fellow entrepreneurs and innovators from all industries. I cannot imagine going back to a "normal" (aka "boring") office again.

We are in Runway since late 2016 and really enjoying the community of so many talented entrepreneurs, many of them became friends. Even later stage startups with dozens of employees or VCs with their general partners are below the members. It is a place where you can really focus on your work. Runway organizes also a bunch of events that are always worth participating in. The Twitter building, where Runway is located, is also a prestigious building with its art-deco style. The Market is one of the finest grocery stores in SF, offering many options for healthy lunch. There is also a gym within the building complex. I can highly recommend Runway and the community.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and patient, the prices are competitive for SF, and the space just creates a very cool community to work and hang out in. Plus, the "Zen Area". :D Hayes Valley and all of its food glory is just a short and pleasant walk away, so you are never in a lunch/happy hour/coffee meeting or dinner rut. There is a gym and The Market right next door. BART, MUNI, and the Bus all drop off on the same block. The building security is rather strict, but this is more of a positive because this is Market street after all. We have been here since November 2017 and really are loving it.

I've been at Runway for two months now, and I really enjoy the space, especially in comparison to a few other co-working spaces I've been in in the Bay Area. In addition to having super friendly people, Runway is set up in such a way that fosters a collaborative and creative environment. The space is super open in general, and there's a lot of communal couches and tables to host meetings. Everybody is always working hard, but also down to grab coffee and share insights and experiences. In addition, Runway hosts a lot of events that are in areas I'm interested in - fintech, blockchain, health tech - and provides a great networking opportunity! Besides professionally, I also enjoy the nap/zen space a lot more than I should. All in all, Runway is a great place to work!

I've been a member of the Runway community for a year and a half now. I've experienced other coworking spaces in the Bay Area, LA, NYC etc. and none compare to the community & support that comes with being a member of Runway. This place is more than just a location to have a meeting and build a startup, it's an empowering & collaborative environment. Most of the goals I've been able to accomplish to move my startup forward is due to the amazing perks that Runway offers; mentors, Advisors & VC/Investor connections. At Runway they empower their founders to thrive!

I've been at Runway for a year and half and have loved every minute of it. This place is amazing! Great office management and staff, super smart, friendly, and inspirational members, strong sense of community, weekly social gatherings, and a whole lot of events and meetups in the event space that is free for members to attend. The location is also great; inside Twitter building and close to many businesses and restaurants and easily accessible regardless of your means of transportation. If you ride a bicycle, you can bring it inside the office and not worry about leaving it outside. I'd give Runway five stars out of five, no doubt
