They will also change the Terms and Conditions and email you the updated one, after they charge your credit card. There is no billing or accounts department that will take calls or even emails; no one will be able to help you with this, everyone says they can do nothing or they will simply hang up the phone on you. When talking to the receptionist or manager when I brought up these issues they simply hung up the phone. So I had to dispute the charges that I didn’t agree to with my bank, which reversed the charges. Even after I canceled the account and emailed them so many times to stop charging my credit card; they continued to charge my credit card and I had to dispute all fraudulent charges which got reversed. Finally, I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so that they would stop charging my credit card with fraudulent charges. Beware of this company; they are not honest and upfront and you will never be able to get any kind of customer support, account representative or billing on the phone or via email. The only thing you will be able to do is dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company and cancel your card so that they stop charging it.

What a beautiful and perfect space to work in! The receptionist is so nice and friendly, always looking for ways to make your experience the greatest. The outside patio is perfect during the summer time and is really nice to work in. Don't get me started with there coffee machine as they have Starbucks coffee. Overall my experience at Spaces Calabasas was the best!
