Overview of ClockWork
Clock Work, formerly known as Ziferblat is a new kind of pay per minute social work space decorated like a giant living room. The space is situated in the heart of the Northern Quarter on the first floor of Agecroft House on Edge Street, away from the bustle of the city centre.
Guests are welcome to unlimited teas, coffees, soft drinks, juices, cookies, brownies, cakes, biscuits, fruits, cereals, breakfast, pastries, crumpets, croissants, breads, yoghurts and snacks. Guests pay just 8pence per person per minute and are welcome to treat the space like home. The Sitting Room has super fast 100mb wi-fi, newspapers, soft and hard furnishings, crafts, magazines and lots of plug points.
Clock Work offers a 4 hour day cap where guests can stay as long as they like and only pay for 4 hours. Monthly plans are also available.
Regular events, like Freelance Friday, help galvanize the community to help each other out.
