Your legal and virtual address Unusual Office, an Unusual Enterprise initiative, is a virtual office project, which is also integrated with the company’s various other businesses. Unusual Enterprise adopts the HuaaS model to transform human skills into service, believing that we can all contribute to a better world when we join forces and produce together. The umbrella structure of Unusual Enterprise, born in early 2016 in Balat, has introduced diverse initiatives since its inception. 21.03.2018You are in love with Istanbul or Balat... The place is in the middle of Balat, Istanbul :) So, the atmosphere will already get you. The old streets and hospital town people will lead you to Olmadik Projeler... Then you will enjoy excellent coffee and friendly people. The team consists of PR professionals, baristas, social media experts and so on. There is also a library upstairs for reference as well. Plus, really cool music background. There is a studio downstairs for photo shooting and you can ask other technical equipments which you can use. There are also designers works which are sold at the place.

08.07.2016The best coffee that i had in İstanbul, place is so quiet and the owners so warm. The Last time i went there , i met one of it's owners , he treated me quite well. Like i said if i was living in İstanbul, that place would become probably one of my favourites .

In addition to this,you can conduct a meeting with your workmates in peaceful and quiet atmospher or drink quite delicious coffees with your favorite books. Furthermore, transportation is very easy to this places because you can use different way to reach there whichever you want such as bus or metro.Moreover, in this place you can enjoy to watch old history of Istanbul because Balat is more important historical place in Istanbul and ın this places you can see different types people when you drink your coffees.And also, in this places, you can see smile on faces of personels. Therefore, I can say that this place lead you to be poet or author.
