Overview of Spores Homes

We are self-managed co-working and co-living space that encourage diversity.
We believe that any creative deserve a desk whatever their "profitability" is that's why we are free-price.

We know that is not always easy to manage budget working remotely, as digital nomad or for workcation that's why we also get co-living accomodations of all sorts at free price to get rid of logistics details and its energy stealing and focus mainly on what we/you love to do.

This doesn't prevent us to be fully equipped technologically as comfort standards.
We got high speed wifi from co-working downstairs to rooftop. All rooms get smart locks.

We are sticked to the Valencia's beach in a peaceful retreat place.

Not another coworking

Spores is not a regular coworking, it's an experience. The whole project is something that you are probably never going to see anywhere else. A coliving and coworking space open to everyone and with a clear focus on the community. For me has been a really fulfilling experience that has brought great ideas and concepts to my own life.

A learning home & community, a special place for curious and open-hearted people!

This place is different from typical coworking spaces, it's focusing on community, learning, sharing and contributing. A combination of travelers, hitchhikers, bikers, artists, greenies... and of course coworkers and entrepreneurs makes this a vibrant and exciting experience! It can challenge yourself if you want to be challenged, it will give you the opportunity to really learn important assets to develop your character. The house itself is in good shape, the bed was comfy and of course a big house always needs a little maintance. I loved the terrace. The time I was at the place I got to know not only travelers but also the founder who just arrived from a bike trip from Paris where he is "rising" homeless people and pushing his wonderful project "RiSE" https://www.risekindness.com/ When I was at the place the house was just going to be transformed with a stronger focus for coworking so the plan is to have Internet also available within the whole house and rooftop. I assume there will be be more tables / desks to work on soon. The city of Cullera is a small place. You'll have some cafés and supermarkets, 1 store that offers also organic products with a very small selection of fruit and vegetables. There are quite a few Fruterías and othe typical shops. From the top of the house you'll have a really nice view and the sunny days are the best :-) You can also explore the beach or go up to the Castle of Cullera for outstanding views! To access Spores-Homes by puclic transport you can take a train (~4.20 €) from Valencia to Cullera and walk around 2 km, ~25 minutes to get to the house. I'm curious how it will develop, for sure it will be a journey and I would recommend to take it and participate in being part of this special place for spreading more CREATIVITY & LOVE!

In Spores I found first of all a comfortable place where I could stay and sleep for a few nights while working during the days in a cosy, sunny and refreshing environment. A few people shared the place with me so I made friends, built a new network in Spain and overall had great times !!

Just perfect retired place next to Valencia

I have been there to work and stay one week with my Tepee.pro team and it has been wonderful. In addition to the wonderful terrace for coworking I have been able to enjoy yoga on the little other rooftop, bike up to the hills just nearby, enjoy guitars improvised concerts by musicians passing by. You really feel at home and what impressed us is that is a self managed place
