Since being established in November 2013, the Coworking Irun has offered fair prices on all of their workspace rentals. Currently, a membership in the coworking space costs
145 € / month with rental agreement for a minimum period of one year and 175 € / month for contracts without minimum rental period. This includes all the usual utility costs you’d otherwise encounter when renting an office as well. Goodbye electricity, internet, and maintenance bills!
