Coworking Space: JustCo Marina One in Downtown Core

Marina one branch justco is terrible. The 3 receptionists (2 ladies and 1 guy) are extremely unhelpful, rude and noisy. They are always laughing among themselves at their desk and I could hear it from the dining area while doing my work. They deliver their parcels to me with a sulky face all the time as though they are really irritated to work. The work chairs at marina one are extremely uncomfortable. They make you work on unadjustable dining table chairs with dusty cushions. I have seen their chairs and sofas to be stained. Lightings are insufficient and environment is noisy. Justco staffs very often bring potential tenants / visitor near to the work stations where people are busy working and often talk extremely loudly while introducing the amenities at the office, cause huge disturbance to office workers. Justco at Marina One is highly uncondusive for businesses that are serious about their operations due to their unfunctional infrastructure and unsupportive Justco staff. They charge you rocketing price for every amenities you want to do including $1/min of meeting rooms, every screw or thread that falls off their old chairs at 4X the original price, $60 for viewing of their surveillance camera if you suspect something is missing from your lockers...and god knows what else. Their phone booths are so few and often occupied. Only have 2 meeting rooms that isn't enough. Worst of all, their meeting rooms are not even private room. They have entire glass panels for meeting rooms, which means whatever confidential things you show on the projector can be viewed by anyone walking pass. They have sofas laid our untidily throughout the common space that encourages an environment of a fish market where all everyone aggregate in one corner to talk, like a stock exchange market place. Because they lack proper rooms / phone booths, your private conversations can be heard from table to table, sofas to sofas. Their floor lacks carpeting and there is always loud noises of people walking up and down. All in all, if you are serious about building a business and team, I won't recommend Justco. There are better providers out there like The Work Project, that will most likely gives Justco a run for its money.

We have been in this space since August 2017. The office has become progressively more noisy to the extend it is tough to hear calls, due to the number of people that has moved in. Office administration has also been not as helpful since we moved in. Acoustics between rooms are not great. There are three staff most days, but will not deliver mail to your office. When it gets too noisy (which is often these days), we have to close the door. But since temperature is warm some days - it becomes either stifling and on other days freezing cold. Unfortunately, it has not been a comfortable stay with JustCo in the past two-three months. Location is good - but so is a dozen of other service offices in town.
