A quiet valley town in Pennsylvania, Bethlehem sits in the Lehigh Valley region with a quirky New Year's Eve tradition of a PEEPFEST. If you want to splurge on dinner there are numerous 4 and 5 star establishments such as The Edge, Bolete and The Blue to satisfy the gourmand or funky bars and nightclubs for the night owl to hang out in. Cute cafes and eclectic boutiques will have you stopping every few minutes.

When you want to get out of the city confines Bethlehem is surrounded by quaint country roads and flowing hills where there are hiking trails to stroll along. A short drive will have you at the Poconos where you can ski or snowboard on slopes that won't kill you.
