I've used this place as backup location when I was having troubles with internet at my home. Perfectly fine spot to be focused on work to be done, nice space with several tables, terrace and kitchen - basically everything I need
I stayed at Playworking and used their coworking space to get my work done. Quietly located just outside of Tivat this is a great place to get away from it all. Basic, modern accommodation and ample working space. The thing I liked most about Playworking is that they don't only provide a nice place to stay and work from but they also help you create a good work/life balance by offering all sorts of outdoor activities. And I have to admit, some good exercise in Montenegro's beautiful nature does help you to be more productive!
I'm a solo traveler working remotely as I travel around and I had the pleasure of staying at Playworking for a few days in late August during a visit to Kotor...then turned around and came back again a few days later to spend a a bit more time because it was such a great experience! Though there was not much structure with the activities, the laidback vibe was nice and you just adapt to taking things one day at a time. Sea kayaking and paddleboarding in the bay were possible almost every day, and the setting for each is absolutely stunning. The perfect way to really disconnect from work for a few hours each day! The workspace and accomodation is basic but functional. I'd recommend having a car if possible as it's a bit out of the way otherwise, but you can catch rides from time to time. The food was definitely a highlight for me and I felt so spoiled with each meal that was set in front of me, so fresh, creative, healthy and delicious every time. Also, a special shout out to Lulu for being so welcoming and great company during my time there! Thanks Playworking!
Playworking was such a nice and welcoming space from Day one. Facilities were comfortable and the space offers a nice variety of working spaces. The location is great, close to the sea and close enough to action if wanted but otherwise nice and quiet environment. Food (all vegetarian) was excellent and generous. Staff is very helpful and knows the area + other co-working spaces in the area/Balkans well. Would def. come back.
This place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to work and enjoy taking a few hours break to do an activity and be social each day. The bay is really beautiful, kayaks and paddle boards are kept down there for you head out anytime. Food was great and they were very accommodating, even for people with funny diets! Felt very welcome. I’ll be recommending this place to friends.
