Coworking Space: Toh-Lao in Vientiane

WiFi is ok but the ambiance was poor, little effort has been made to decorate and I wasn't sure what I was getting for my 50,000 kip. In the two days I visited there was only one other member, so no networking opportunities. It's functional and certainly better than trying to work in your hotel room but that's about it. You would be better off just finding a nice cafe to work from instead, of which there are plenty in that area. In fact the good range of nearby cafes and bars is probably the best aspect of this co-working space.

- Price for one day is 50.000 kip which is 5€ or 6$ - There is a machine for cold water -> plenty of that - There is one kind of instant coffee but this is like... no coffee, it is with milk and sugar (3 in 1), doesn't taste like coffee and adds 90 kcals to your diet per serving. - Tea? No... never heared about that (eventhough it is at the pricelist at the counter "including water, coffee, tea") - Wifi, not quick but stable, definitely useful for a day of work - Ambiance is OK, it wasn't very busy, but they tried to decorate nicely, no social talk, but a good place to work - Capacity; there are about 10 desk seats and 2 relax chairs - Price is too much for only wifi and water, just don't expect too much

Location of TOHLAO is super convenient. It is located near several restaurants and accommodations. I got to meet interesting people here as well. So happy to be part of the community!
