No reparan el aire a pesar de insistirle en que esta dañado.Uno de los problemas más prominentes es la falta de funcionamiento del aire acondicionado en el piso. A pesar de haber notificado repetidamente a los propietarios sobre esta situación, no se ha realizado ninguna acción para solucionarlo. Esto ha resultado en un ambiente incómodo e insoportable, especialmente considerando el clima actual. Como inquilino, considero que es responsabilidad del propietario garantizar el buen estado y funcionamiento de las instalaciones básicas, como el aire acondicionado. La falta de atención y preocupación por parte de los propietarios demuestra una falta de compromiso hacia los derechos y comodidad de los inquilinos. Además, esta falta de acción por parte de los propietarios ha generado un considerable inconveniente en mi vida diaria. Me veo obligado a soportar altas temperaturas y una calidad de vida deteriorada debido a la falta de respuesta y solución a este problema. Hago un llamado a los propietarios para que tomen medidas inmediatas y rectifiquen esta situación. Como inquilino, tengo derecho a vivir en un entorno adecuado y confortable, y es su responsabilidad como propietarios cumplir con este compromiso. Espero sinceramente que esta queja llegue a su atención y se tomen las medidas necesarias para abordar y resolver este problema de manera oportuna.

The areas are overall fine but, the air conditioning system is really poor. Also, the bathrooms need MAJOR upgrade and cleaning service, they often smell pretty bad. The coffee on the 3rd floor from the "Santo Domingo machine" is not good. Please save yourself a bad experience and have some coffee before you get to Pyhex. (PRO tip: The coffee on the 4th floor is good) Besides those facts, the common areas are comfortable and easy to work in. They have an easy access to a cafeteria that sells a variety of dominican food, so don't have to worry about eating. Try to be there no later than 2 pm because it runs out quick.

The AC never worked properly, and customer service was horrible, there was no help for us

tienen un mal servicio al cliente , tenemos como 3 meses con el aire dañado estamos cansados de hacer tiked y nonos resuelven , nos cambiaron de oficina y como quiera el aire sigue mal , como consejo es mejor que vayan a otro sitio que les ira mejor

Because is a very productive and ambitious place that energizes you from the moment you enter. All is very clean and the Staff is very efficient and cooperative. The technology available is amazing and every detail is amazing.

First impressions of the Pyhex work remained positive. Here the helpful staff, everything is clean. The rooms are quite large, open space, there are also meeting rooms and conference rooms. Of the minuses, there is no refrigerator in the kitchen and all the workers have to bring their own mini-fridge. Also there are no boxes for storage, as stated on the site. I hope that soon everything will appear. At the moment, I took a month of visits. In general, I like it. Good prices and helpful staff. As well as the convenient location of the office, close to Galeria 360 and the park Botanical Garden.
