"Tu Espacio Cowork" is located in the city of Viña del Mar ("Vineyard of the Sea"). It is a city and commune on central Chile's Pacific coast. Often referred to as "La Ciudad Jardín" ("The Garden City"), Viña del Mar is located within the Valparaíso Region, and it is Chile's fourth largest city with a population of 324,836 (according to the 2012 census). Viña del Mar is located 74 miles (120 km) northwest of Santiago and 5 miles (8 km) north of Valparaíso on the Pacific Ocean. Buses leave to and from Santiago to Viña every half hour or less, and it is a mere 1.5 hour ride away.

We are a private company that offers a shared physical as well as virtual workspace for independent professionals and entrepreneurs to develop their projects, thus generating a mutual cooperation among members of our community.

Our goal is to be able to generate a collaborative community among different professionals that take part of the cowork, in addition to offering an excellent quality service for all professionals that are looking for a workspace in the region.

Other perks of our shared work spaces are that you will be able to connect to super fast Wi-Fi and use an on-site cafe for when caffeine is required to keep the brain alive. In addition to our open workspaces, there is a meeting room for those intense discussions with clients or cohorts.
