Coworking Space: Lotfi Zadeh Technology Center in Baku

LTC is more than a coworking space-it is the second home to me. Very comfortable workplace with a great ambiance and pleasant work culture. They value users' experiences and adapt to their needs. Having the best coffee shop-Fuzzy with a great view of the Caspian Sea just a floor above aids one to shift from the work mood to the chill-out phase. Besides, recently they presented another colorful space-a playroom. It helps to bring residents together to spend some fun time during the day. But of course, these all would mean nothing without having our lovely LTC Community Managers’ team. They are a pretty new, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented team who do their best to build friendly relations between and among residents. Keep it up!

The stuff athmosphere is most crucial point for me. LTC stuff is not only very responsible, but also very kind and friendly towards clients. Besides that, working place is very comprehensive in all aspects. I am satisfied the service and recommend it everyone.

A flexible professional working environment for everybody. Very close to the city center and wonderful views over the Caspian Sea. The break-out room on the 16th floor is the ideal spot to escape from your desk for lunch or play video games and also the place to enjoy the time after work with the residents. Community Managers are also very friendly and seem very interested in creating the perfect possible working environment for the residents.

Lotfi Zadeh Technology Center is ideal place for co-working freelancing et.c. Place clean and fresh air. Personal very kind and can help you every time when you need. There is free yes FREE)) sweet cookies and tea

The environment in the office is absolutely stunning with a lot of positivity. The staff is very friendly and trying their best to make the tenants feel comfortable in the office. The location of the office is perfect and the prices are more convenient that the others in the city. Strongly recommended for those who still looking for an office space or a co-working place!

during my couple of month long stay in Baku, needed an office and after checking out available options, decided to give a shot to ltc's brand new office spaces. that was a right choice, looking back. definitely, going to use again in the future when i'm back in baku. some key points, that makes ltc way ahead of their competitors: brand new office(s), several office options to choose from based on your needs, friendly staff, and there is a very nice coffee lounge with a roof top view of the caspian sea, which is cherry on top for ltc concept :) keep it up guys and good luck!

Being a resident at Lotfi Zadeh Technology Center, I can say it is the best investment I have done towards my career since I have started working remotely. It's a welcoming place where you can create valuable connections and spend productive getting your work done. Generally, the conception of Lotfizadeh Technology Center (LTC) is so modern and gorgeous , the pricing is more appropriate, and the LTC Team is very kind, cool and friendly. I recommend it))

I would say it is an excellent place for business relationships. The ambiance is very good. I have visited coworking centers a lot, but this is the only place I love so far.

I would like to share my experience in Lotfi Zadeh Technology Center. First of all, community managers were really helpful in every situation. Location is near the city center , which is important point for me. Enviorment and network were the parts that I liked the most, here you can be productive with high speed internet and comfortable work zone at the same time use network for socializing. Long story short , i like it.
