Coworking Space: Regus - Sydney, Bankstown, Flinders Centre in Bankstown

Think twice if you want to have your office here, and Regus in general. They will have you locked into a contract where they don't allow you to exit earlier, even if you have issues in the centre within Regus control, and your business suffers from these issues. ( I would suggest doing research on Regus feedback globally before signing up with them. The best place to start is productreview.com.au) - The Flinders Centre building management is ignorant and arrogant. - Had issues with parking, construction noise, and after-hours office access. - The internal office walls are so thin, you could clearly listen to your neighbour's phone conversation ( Including the person from the other side of the phone line) - There are constantly kids screaming, crying and running in the hallways, which is a very good distraction during a zoom meeting, or when you are trying to concentrate. - People are having phone conversations, and doing their sales duties in the hallways as well. So you might learn some sales tricks along with your stay. So my feedback is to stay away!

Amazing environment alongside great people to Network with, couldnt be happier at this location, being someone who had never tried an Office like this i couldnt be happier, to top it all off it wouldnt be what it is without the work by Esther the centre manager! She does everything to make the centre run smoothly and is always there to rectify any issues. IF Esther ever decides to leave it will be a hard decision for me personally not to leave as well and im sure im not the only one. Overall 9.5/10 (Half a point loss for the unpredictable coffee machine ;)

Central and convenient location, Regus, Flinders Centre Bankstown is the perfect workspace for small businesses. The business lounge makes the perfect first impression when clients come to visit. Regus have professional and friendly staff who are happy to attend to all our queries. We love the modern and clean amenities, and the view is simply stunning from our office. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an excellent working environment! I want to make special mention of Esther who has been amazing in taking care of everything from the moment we signed our lease and making our transition from our home office a breeze, thanks Esther!

Great office environment for a small business that is starting up or if you wish to have a satellite office (for established business). The reception is manned by a wonderful, smiling and competant receptionist. The facilities are clean and modern, as are the offices. You have at your disposal photocopying facilities, as well as fully equiped boardrooms.
