Coworking Space: WOTSO WorkSpace - North Strathfield in North Strathfield

I've been at this space for over 6 months now, and I can say it's hard to beat their value proposition compared to other spaces. It's not perfect in all aspects, but the team here are always working hard to improve things incrementally. They do play music (mainly pop music) over the speakers, and it's quite a vibrant noisy at times place so if you're looking for a quiet environment, this place isn't it. They have decent Wi-Fi, table tennis and some interesting amenities such as a giant slide, a giant chessboard and a treehouse. It's very big, open and spacious. They have couple of Supermarkets near by, a good Korean restaurant next door that serves 10-12 side dishes for free as part of your meal and some cafes nearby. And a bowling alley. There's also a 24hr gym across the road. It's walkable from Strathfield station, but I think the walk is better either from North Strathfield or Homebush. There's a parking lot downstairs which is free to use up to 3hrs I believe. There's quite a mixture of people here and a lot of small businesses basing their operations here. They have a passport program where you can use their other offices for free as long as you don't exceed using it more than your base. I've also tried out their Singapore space and found both the program and the space to be excellent. All in all, I can recommend Wotso as a whole to anyone who is considering looking for a Coworking Space.

Much more comfortable and convenient than working from home, and MUCH quieter! Awesome facilities with every creature comfort imaginable (even a slippery-slide!).Great wi-fi and printing facilities. PLUS a friendly team to keep things running smoothly. So glad I found WOTSO! This is a very well situated office; just 3 minutes from bus stop, and only 5 minutes from the train station. There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops very close by. PLUS, you can always meet up with colleagues or friends after work at the bowling alley, next door! All round, a great place to be to get that essential work done!

Wow! Love it here. I escape to get focused work done without the other distractions. I love the buzz of productivity and the friendliness of everyone. The staff are awesome and always willing to help. The work spaces are great, with lots of places to retreat to make those telephone calls to avoid disturbing others. The internet is brilliant. Located within about 10 minutes walk to either North Strathfield or Strathfield Stations, or if you drive there is heaps of parking, most free if you time it right. Great kitchen facilities. Large meeting rooms. It is all here. Recommend it.

It's really quiet, really friendly and a great place to get work done. Location couldn't be better, easy access to the train, heaps of parking and heaps of restaurants around.

We've recently expanded into the NSW market and needed to find suitable office space. As a start-up in NSW we were conscious that until we grew to a point where we had a large team around us, the ambiance of any office we chose would have a direct bearing on the happiness and therefore productivity of our staff. The WOTSO offices are modern, well designed and have excellent facilities. The individual workspaces and offices are laid out so that even small businesses can feel part of a larger culture, whilst maintaining the privacy of individual offices. I would definitely recommend the offices for any small businesses looking to start out.

We established out business Mortgage Pros about 6 months ago and are current tenants of Wotso in North Strathfield. The environment is perfect for start up businesses looking to minimise costs and be part of a large network of businesses. We are surrounded with ambitious business owners and have all the resources and facilities to be successful. The girls at reception are great with our clients and are always willing to help when required. Highly recommended for any start-up or established business looking to be part of a great culture !

Great place to get work done. It's a friendly place with great service. There's social activities organised occasionally for those interested, otherwise it's a coworking place where people get stuff done. A wide range of people work there so there's always someone interesting to meet/talk to about what they do.
