We have been here for over two years. Work Inc are great because they proactively go out of their way to try and bring the businesses together to encourage collaboration. There are plenty of meeting rooms here, and there's always been a great energy here.

Better set up and resourced than most corporate offices. Work Inc staff have a real service culture, unlike many corporate offices.

Large offices flooded with natural light, great community, excellent end of trip facilities, fantastic coffee shop, great team, great location with good bus and rail connections.

This is a very unique space where you feel totally at home and at ease with the amazing surroundings in heritage warehouses under the northern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Location is incredible with transport at the doorstep, staff are fantastic and the cafe has consistently excellent coffee and food. The space is funky, and doesn't ' feel' like a corporate office. The people are lovely, and will go out of their way to meet your requests.

Great space.. I can work privately when necessary but there is a really friendly atmosphere! A lot more relaxed than many shared office spaces which makes it much easier to network. Bay10 Cafe is wonderful as well - The muffins are second to none!

Well it's true. Work Inc is an awesome environment in which to work. The people who manage the space are friendly and helpful and the space itself is open without impinging on privacy. The office's are light and well equipped. There's a cool cafe in Work Inc. serving great coffee and food and they'll take care of any business's catering needs. I have to say, I look forward to coming to work here.

Being greeted like family in the morning by the team at Bay Ten Espresso makes sure you start every day with a smile on your face. The team here are always happy to help (with smiles on their faces), and keep everything clean, shiny, and working properly so we don't have to think about anything. If you're looking for somewhere that's easy to get to with great facilities, cool design, a great coffee shop, and a beer fridge, you've found it!

Absolutely love this place!! The vibe and energy here is so cool - love the heritage and warehouse feel and the fact that all the staff there go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they are always smiling!

From the day we moved in to Work inc it has met all our needs professionally and quickly. The environment is perfect for a small and rapidly growing business, with so much space to accommodate small client meetings and larger marketing or networking events. Location is ideal with ready access to transport North and South of the city, environment is sophisticated but fun. A great set up that I encourage you to explore, if only to view the the collection of artwork and artefacts the decorate the shared office spaces throughout the building! The coffee next door is pretty good too!

Work Inc has the fastest internet we could find, mixed with the coolest warehouse vibe, strong community feel and reasonable pricing. We work long hours so a mix of inspiring and functional plus close to public transport (Milson's Point Train Station) and good parking for staff was the goal. After 94 days in a row in this building- we still cannot get enough and are still finding cool new parts to explore around the warehouse. One of the girls from the front desk just hand delivered a parcel to my office as I am writing this. Ridiculously great place to call WORK....

Besides being functional and a great place to work the always helpful and friendly team also always have engaging events from taste whisky evenings to presentations by interesting industry people. The internet crazy quick the coffee in the shop is awesome and the design and layout of the boys is funky and cool. Access is easy with two stations just a few mins walk away. The showers are a nice facility to have and the multiple kitchens at each of the bays is pretty cool to. Finally you don't feel cramped and squashed like some of the other countries working spaces.

Crew is awesome, friendly atmosphere. Decor is right up our alley, with little nooks and crannies to get work done alone, jump into a meeting or share a coffee! Facilities are fantastic, with fast wifi, boardrooms, meeting rooms, printers, well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. So proud to arrange business development meetings at our office, people are always super impressed with the space and it reflects our company perfectly in its industrial chic. Best decision to move in here. No regrets! Public transport accessible from both North Sydney and Milsons point train stations, short walk from either one. Very convenient and central. Highly recommend!

As one of the long term co-workers, I have really enjoyed my time at Work Inc. I love the location. It is SO convenient. It is a very short walk from both Milson's Point and North Sydney stations, as well as to Milson's Point ferry terminal for a quick ferry to Circular Quay. As a history buff I really enjoy that the location is built into the foundation of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and that the older features are still visible around the venue. The decor also reflects well on the architectural features visible as well as contrasting with glass and industrial features. The team here is well organised and always happy to facilitate little requests, and they organise social and networking occasions quite regularly. I would particularly recommend this location for start ups and out-of-towners.

I have been a member of Work inc for 8 months and thoroughly enjoy going to work in this space. The team Tom, Lucy and Baron are awesome. Professional, fun and supportive of the businesses that are growing inside the professional and industrial space they have created. The facilities work extremely well and are incredibly well received by all our visiting clients and partners, more often than not they prefer to come to me in our space, saving me hours in travel every week! We moved into the premises just over a month ago and it could not have been easier. From the friendly staff, too the easy set up process the fast internet connection, along with the great location and cool birthday cakes and pizza Friday. We could not have found a better location to start our business. We extremely like the free meeting rooms that are available, it makes doing business really easy. Working here is so easy. As a small business, so much time & money can be wasted with the day to day niggles of looking after an office. At Bay 9, the Work Inc. location our company is based at currently, everything you don't want to think of, has been thought of for you. Plus you have so many other businesses around you to network with and knowledge share if you want to. We weren't planning to stay too long, but Work Inc ticks so many boxes for us that we'll be here for a while yet!

The facilities at Workinc are excellent. More importantly, they've done an excellent job of promoting collaboration and communication between businesses that call Workinc home. The cafe is a great spot for a casual meeting, and the boardroom and meeting rooms are excellent.

Pretty solid experience, tbh. Great offices, good vibes, cheap ($1!) beers, regular events, and great management. Could use a brighter projector for the Xbox, haha. ;)

When I tell people I work in this space they get the serious case of the "jeals". Everything you could possibly need in a workspace (and more) is catered for here. However, what makes this place so awesome isn't all the bells and whistles (OK the Xbox is pretty cool), it's the people. Work Inc has fostered a great community here.

Work Inc is such a cool co-working space. The best thing about Work Inc is the location and the space. For years I had driven past the space with no idea what was there, always just seeing the chandeliers in the iconic warehouse windows Later, I found that the co-working space Work inc, is built in the heritage listed warehouses in the Northern lead up to the bridge. The space is great and clients are always impressed with the set-up. The location, an easy walk to Milsons Pt or North Sydney Station is great, with plenty of local cafes and parks close-by. The internet is super quick and everyone is super friendly. There is a large focus on collaboration between the companies that use the space, and the team at Work Inc work really hard to put on events that benefit all of the businesses in the space. Work Inc goes above and beyond with lots of little extras which make us feel like we're part of a larger company, even if there's only 2 of us! Fresh fruit in the water is always a treat on hot Sydney days. The convenience of having a 24/7 office is fantastic, and something which not all co-working spaces offer. Can't recommend the place enough.
