"Where Creatives get to (net)work!"

    April 2017

The Coterie has a homely, friendly vibe. It's purposely cosy, to ensure there are serendipitous collisions between members. There's a steady roster of startup/business events at the space, but not so many that it becomes a distraction. The best bit is the community of creatives, entrepreneurs and freelancers that call it home, working on everything from game design to fashion tech. If you're a creative thinker who appreciates the comforts of home but wants to meet other like-minded people check out The Coterie.

    "Inclusive and inspiring space"

      March 2017

Facilities here are great: clean, secure and accessible by walking or public transport. Best of all is the feel, with lots of creative and technical folks I find my game development studio fits right in. The staff do great work responding to needed fix-its, and there's a good balance of community & productivity.

      "Brisbane's happiest co-working community"

        March 2017

I've tried a few different co-working spaces in Brisbane, and The Coterie offers far more than any of the others. Full-time community managers ensure that the members are receiving support, and the organisation's industry positions affords members plenty of opportunities that would be difficult to come by otherwise. The price is affordable for a start-up, and understands the needs for flexibility of its members. Other co-working spaces I've trialled are priced much higher and have a minimum 6 month commitment, which I don't think is realistic for the target market. Weekly events are fantastic, bringing the members together and giving them a real launch pad for their businesses. The vibe is down-to-earth and almost like a big family.

        2 Thank Charlotte
